Caroline, Baroness Cox of Queensbury has l three teams to investigate human rights abuses of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh, visiting the enclave itself and meeting Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders.
Lady Cox a envoy Speaker of the British House of Lords, went to Karabagh and the Shahumian region of Azerbaijan in October to document abuses since the September 23 peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. She then at handed her findings in testimony before the United States Congressional Commission for Security and Cooperation
