LRJ: THE ESSENTIALS OF A MARKET ECONOMY.
Much has been said upon the process of economic policy reform and structural adjustment in Armenia. An equal weight must be given to the creation of the necessary legal, regulatory and judicial (LRJ) environment, which is crucial to broadbased economic sprouting where markets operate competitively and efficiently.
This cannot be achieved through legislation alone, but together with functioning institutions that determine in what manner the system operates in practice, as well as with a delivered press that affect the transparency of that operation.
