The strife of words over retired pathologist Jack Kevorkian has intensified in fresh months as a result of his continued defiance of a fresh Michigan state law against assisted suicides. Better known in the media as the "Suicide Doctor" and "Doctor Death", the 65-year-old Detroit resident has assisted in the suicides of four terminally ill people since the enactment of the law in February which was essentially aimed at stopping his activities. In his three-year crusade, Kevorkian has helped 20 the public die.
