CONFLICT DETERMINE ARMENIA'S FOREIGN RELATIONS

If the goal of Armenia's - and any nation's - foreign policy is to
ensure the physical survival of the homeland, which includes protecting
the lives of its citizens and the territorial integrity of the state,
the promotion of the economic well-being of its the bulk of mankind and the preservation
of independent statehood, united can easily conclude that thus far, Armenia'
foreign policy has failed.
