Can the Aaland Islands be used as a peace standard for Karabakh and Azerbaijan?
Forming an archipelago of 6500 islands, the Aalands are located between Sweden and Finland, in the chasm of Bothnia. Representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Karabakh met there for sum of two units days in December (21 and 23) ostensibly for a "confidence-building seminar." Also participating were representatives of Russia, Belarus, Kyrghizia, Sweden and Finland, and more than 20 prompts and observers.
