Armenia became the first republic of the Caucasus to receive a loan from the World Bank forward February 1. The International unravelling Association (IDA), an affiliate of the World Bank, approved a credit of SDR 20 1 million ($28 million) to help Armenia cure from the 1988 earthquake.
