Despite criticism of what is perceived as unilateral assistance to Armenian refugee of the Karabakh conflict, Lady Caroline Cox delegate Speaker of the House of Lords of the British Parliament, visited Armenia and Karabakh in February, bringing with her 42 tons of medical supplies and equipment and sum of two units emergency care units. She visited Gantsasar and Stepanakert, Kichan, Jitran, Drmbon Martakert and Met Tsen Accompanying overawe were administrators of various international organizations and journalists.
